DILKAP Institute of Management & Engineering College Library consists of around 5195 volumes of books with more than 572 titles.
The Library has subscribed to over 399 e-journals of J-GATE.
12 National and 12 International journals of engineering are available.

Collection development of Library:
The library is kept open throughout the year, except on Sundays and public holidays. It is also kept open on Sundays and public holidays before and during the examinations. The usual timings of the library are 9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m. all working days.
Every bonafide student of the College is entitled to become a member of the library. Two library Cards-1.Borrower’s Ticket Card & 2. Study Room Card Ticket is issued to every student with her/his photograph firmly attached and the stamp of the Library thereon.
The reading Room and Stack Room area are placed adjacent to each other so as to facilitate the users, the use of library material.
Arrangement of Books
Books in the Library have been classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme. There is a partial open access to the books on the shelves. A detailed plan showing the arrangement to books on the shelves in the catalogue marked Subject Index.
Latest additions to the Library are listed monthly in the loose paper file kept at the reference counter.
Issue of Books
The issue of the Home Reading materials begins at 9.00 a.m. till time that the library closes down.2 Books are issued at one time. Number of text books and help books for various examinations are kept aside for internal reading in Reference Section. Books from the References sections must not be taken out of the Library under any circumstances and should be returned on the same day before 5.00 p.m.
The Library possesses a good number of reference section such as handbooks, directories. These works make very useful reference material for students. A borrower can refer to them in the Library premises.
The Library subscribes to:
Newspapers, Daily newspapers and other popular magazines and journals are displayed on the racks. Popular magazines / journal are available for reference on the premises against the identity card.
